Our business, located at 117 Fitzroy St in Grafton, NSW, is actually one of Ford’s oldest Dealerships. My wife and I bought the business in July 2005 and renamed it Mighty River, more in keeping with the wonderful part of the world in which it is located, on the banks of the Mighty Clarence River.

The infusion of over 20 years worth of Automotive experience with a vibrant and well established business has achieved some pretty amazing results. By incorporating technology and country know how and common sense we have sold cars right across the country, literally.

In June 2007, the Spratts joined forces with the Winmill family to create Mighty River Caravans. Paul Winmill and his family have been supplying new and used caravans to Northern NSW for over 15 years, developing an enviable reputation for quality and service.

After conducting a careful assessment of the marketplace in line with our goal of supplying mobility and recreation to the Clarence and beyond, the Goldstream and Cruiser ranges of caravan products have been added to the Millard range of  New Caravans available at Mighty River. We have also added Discoverer Motor Homes to our line-up, in recognition of the everchanging market place in which we operate.

At Mighty River our philosophy is pretty simple, when it comes to vehicles, anything is possible.

G'day Pete, Had a great drive back & enjoyed the comforts of a new car.
Having not had cruise control before, it was great. Three and a half
hours from Grafton to Brisbane city. Roads a hell of a lot better now.
Only problem I had was the Thai beef & noodle salad played up all the
way back. Thank god for electric windows......the smell was disgraceful
!!!!!!

Anyway, great to catch up & now I know that it's a hell of a lot closer
down there with the good roads, we'll have to get down there someday for
a weekend or something. Might even head down that direction one long
weekend for a camp someone at Yamba or Iluka or somewhere like that.

Thanks again for all your help & we couldn't be happier with our choice
of vehicle & the price we got it for. Thanks for all your running
around. If anyone is looking for a vehicle, I'll send them your
direction.

Spent most of Friday running around trying to get a road worthy to get
it registered. It was hard to drive in & get someone to do it straight
away. I had to get a QLD roadworthy......ridiculous. Easiest $65 for the
bloke who did it.

Hi Peter,

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I was again with the service received from Rob Connell and the team on my most recent purchase.

I have now bought 4 Fords from your dealership over the past 3 years and have always enjoyed an excellent buying experience. Nothing is too much trouble for Rob and everything seems to happen just as it should. Given I live in the Blue Mountains this is even more pleasing. Sydney dealers seem to have trouble returning even one call. Additionally, the trade-in valuations I receive from Rob are always better than I can get in Sydney. I don't know why I even bother looking elsewhere.

The new Mondeo is a fantastic car to drive and I would recommend it and your dealership to anyone.

Over the past years I have had reason to deal with many professional people at all levels and have found the level of customer care to be less than adequate, however the recent purchase of my mew Hyundai Santa Fe from your franchise has renewed my confidence in this area.

On entering your show room I was approached by Robert Connell who was most helpful and courteous to me and my wife at all times. He explained to us in plain English the details of the vehicle and completed the paper work with a minimum of fuss. In subsequent dealings involving the fitting of accessories and having the initial service completed was carried out without causing us any inconvenience whatsoever.

No doubt in your position you would be aware of Roberts ability and treat him as a valued employee, however, it never hurts to have these views reinforced by one of your customers.
