Dear Sir, On 28th November we had a major problem with the engine of our 2004 Landrover Discovery in which we were travelling north towing our caravan from Coffs Harbour towards Grafton, our intention being to arrive back at our home address that same evening.

We were fortunate to be in a mobile service area and we made a call to NRMA and this call was responded firstly by a Patrol Vehicle and then by a towing vehicle.

I would like to highly commend the two staff who attended to our needs at this stressful time. Their professional care and attention to us and to our vehicle was of the highest standard, right down to delivering us to South Grafton for transport to the Gold Coast that afternoon.

Would you kindly pass on to these people our grateful and sincere thanks for their care for us and our car and caravan. It was good to be able to pick up the car on Tuesday last week (12'" and be able to finally arrive home the following day.
