Concerning the Hyundai Terracan, we are very much impressed with the performance,we have now driven over 5,500 ks, nearly 4000 on a trip with 6 of us and luggage [we bought a rhino pod for the top] in which we got an economy of 10 ltrs to the 100ks and sometimes 9.4 to hundred ks. this is incredible, our kids were very impressed with the finish and the performance and comfort and unbelievable power and pick up.

Another thing is the great turning circle, ease of getting in and out for us "Oldies", and the compliments from our son who is strictly a BMW and Alpha man is unique!!! Our interest in the Terracan came because of word of mouth from 3 of our friends and we would be happy for any of your prospective clients to receive a reference from us concerning the car. April 26th 2007.PS Our only very small concern is that the seat belts in the rear seats [not the very back small seats] are place too high on the side and cut into our necks and do not seem to be adjustable, they could severely cut the neck in an accident, do you know how they can be lowered ? They don’t seem to be able to be lowered. All the family found the same - the shorties and the taller ones. I’m sure there must be a way; they are not comfortable as they are. That is our only concern!!".

I recently purchased a BA GT from your dealership with the transaction being handled by David Hales.
 
I just wanted to convey to you my appreciation for what was a thoroughly professional buying experience. Often salespeople, and car salespeople in particular, are criticised for not listening or caring about their customer. This was not the case with David. He immediately took an interest in my needs, which were difficult due to minus equity issues, and offered a solution that worked for everyone, especially me as I am now the proud owner of a GT!
 
Furthermore, a problem arose after I took delivery of the car and David's response to this was outstanding. Once again he displayed a professional, courteous and understanding manner. The problem was fixed within a couple of days and given that I live in Sydney this was very impressive.
 
I would have no hesitation in recommending your dealership and particularly David to anyone wanting to buy a Ford. This is especially significant given that my transaction was handled through the internet and phone. It's great to see a dealership getting it right with regards to customer service and internet sales.
